- Drawbar 100 x 50 x 3 mm extending to front spring hanger on all floats.
- Sheeting, external uses .75 mm zincanneal in continuous lengths, rivet less and glued with polyurethane.
- Flooring is Hardwood Australian Form Ply, made specifically for the construction industry, mainly used in concreting form work, and is waterproofed on both sides and has a higher strength rating than the traditional double floor. It is screwed to floor joists at approximately 180 mm intervals. Floor joists are placed apart at 190 mm. intervals resulting in an exceptionally safe and stable floor.
- Natural rubber, anti slip,10 mm, dimpled, in continuous lengths to stall area. Also fitted to the tailgate with the edges completely sealed with polyurethane.
- Smooth natural rubber in continuous lengths to both stall walls to a height of 900.
- Internal stall walls are fully clad with galvanised sheeting, which is welded to the frame.
- Fittings/latches on dividers/head dividers and sliding dividers are designed with horse safety and comfort in mind. There are no sharp protrusions or edges. Latches close snuggly, eliminating most internal rattling. There are no protrusions on the rump wall. Latches are easily opened even with a horse leaning on a divider.
- Head dividers are filled in with 50 x 50 mm mesh which if fully welded.
- A Frame is filled in with aluminium chequer plate.
- Full sized steps to each side and steps on each side at the rear of guards are aluminium chequer plate clad. Guards are clad in aluminium chequer plate. The front is clad in aluminium chequer plate to a height of 760 mm.

- All doors are fitted with German Stabilus gas struts.
- Tailgate fitted with Stabilus struts protected with sealed dust covers.
- Gas lift storm door, fitted with two Stabilus struts and two pop out vents.

- Wiring loom runs through galvanised tubing as protection under the fully galvanised chassis.
- 50 mm galvanised axles fitted with 63.5 mm drops.
- Two electric braked axles. Brakes fitted to each wheel.
- Heavy duty Rocker Roller springs. Standard rated capacity 3000 kg.
- Brake away system fitted to all Senator floats.
- One recessed tie up per side for the 2 HAL and three tie ups in total for the 3HAL.
- Stainless recessed handles to all access doors.
- One sliding Al Fab (Aust) window for each horse and one long sliding window along the rump wall with the opening to the rear to facilitate air flow. Windows are fitted with protection bars.
- Standard dividers are 390 mm deep, padded and fitted with swinging/removable head dividers. Dividers are removable.
- Hinged rear divider.
- Roof vents x 2 in the front of the stall area and 2 vents in the gas lift door to facilitate airflow over the horses’ bodies.
- 2 x interior swivel LED lights. One in the front area/one in the rear of the stall area.
